Return & Refund Policy – Groomella™

If you're not completely in love with your Groomella™ mitt, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition

- It must be in the original packaging

To start a return, please email us at groomellastore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used grooming mitts.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or refund as appropriate.
